Rainbow Dancer
In nature, rainbow is fantastic because it is colorful and generated by the white sunlight. With the same idea, I created a “rainbow” dancing system that splitting the white light of DLP projector. The light of DLP projector is formed by RGB colors with a very quick blink between each color, which can be divided by fast moving objects. I did some experiment on different objects, and finally focused on the spinning ropes that can create changing shape controlled by numerous parameters like motor speed, axis angle, rope material and length etc.
